​Oliver Blake is a founding Director of Blake Evans & Co, a Senior Associate Fellow with RUSI, a Trustee of the British-Omani Society and Vice Chairman of the Omani British Business Council. Born in Muscat, Oliver was educated in Scotland and spent his early years growing up in the Middle East. He read Politics at Newcastle University and went on to commission from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst into the British Army. After his military career, he moved to Muscat as the Oman Director of Operations for Charles Kendall and Partners. In 2017, he graduated with a Master of Public Policy from Oxford University, a unique course that gathered 120 policy practitioners from across 70 different countries. He is passionate about bringing people together to cross borders, boundaries, countries and cultures in pursuit of innovation and collaboration.
