Alongside the Group Company Secretary, managed the Company’s yearly and half yearly accounting reporting process. Worked closely with the Board and Management teams of the Company’s portfolio of investments, providing assistance on all company secretarial, governance and strategic matters where required. Undertake a diverse range of complex and challenging work for both B.P. Marsh and that of B.P. Marsh's investee companies.
