Rotation 3 (April 2019 – March 2020): Controller for Sales and Marketing Operations (SMO)• Solely responsible for the SMO cost centres with a total budget of several million.• Owned the Forecast 2, 3 and Budget 2020 submissions, building the budget from scratch whilst meeting global and local constraints.• Developed a new process for determining COPA allocations and presented this to the Pharma leadership team to improve visibility on costs and return on investment.• Incorporated Excel macros to simplify the upload process for budget submissions.• Regular use of SAP and roiPE to track spending and work with the business to minimise deviations from the current forecast.• Redesigned the cost tracker for one of Bayer’s largest products, simplifying the process for the General Medicine controller.Rotation 2 (February – March 2019): Barcelona Shared Service Centre• Supported the integration of Monsanto project in America and Europe.• Created process documentation for the recording of webinars to reduce the complexities of cross-continent workstreams in multiple time zones.Rotation 1 (September 2018 – January 2019):• Several rotations in the Reading office, gaining an understanding of areas including: financial accounting, credit management, risk management and procurement.• Supported credit management by contacting customers about unpaid invoices.• Worked with financial accounting during an audit to provide the requested documents and accounts from SAP.

• Worked over the summer for UNICUS, the catering arm of Sheffield University.• Responsibilities included waiting on tables, silver service and bar work.• Delivered excellent customer service to senior university dignitaries and VIPs, with an emphasis on adapting to meet their individual needs.
