With over five years of experience in retail operations, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence for Nike's global flagship store Nike town London. As an Operations Lead, I oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of the store operations, inventory management, team development and product launches.I have worked closely with cross-functional teams, including the EMEA and London SNKRS team, Global Re-creations and sustainability team, merchandisers, marketers, allocators and store manages to ensure that NTL is aligned with Nike's mission, vision, and values. Some of my key achievements include planning and optimizing the layout of stockrooms to increase the efficiency of our day to day operations, re-launching a successful program for SNKRS pass launches in-store, as well as being a main point of contact for High heat product and there store launches.I am always eager to learn new skills and best practices and have recently been learning more about sustainability and circular economies in an effort to direct me into a purpose driven career path.I am also a strong problem solver and analyst, who can adapt to changing situations and challenges, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
