I work Day to Day with Urban Splash Chairman; Tom Bloxham; searching for new investment opportunities, attending meetings, working on future projects, assisting with Land Buying and Acquisitions. Also working closely with the Urban Splash Residential Fund.

Assigned to the Lister Mill Development, Bradford, to let the remaining 30 of 80 residential properties managed by Urban Splash. Delivered sales results and letting the complete portfolio ahead of timescales, always working hard to manage voids. Responsible for leading on marketing activation, with external agents, for commercial properties at Lister Mill, Bradford and Port Loop, Birmingham. Actively involved in project team for Urban Splash Residential Fund and plans to create affordable, modular housing, this work includes market research and supporting project development alongside senior leaders and investors. Sourcing commercial land and property units for Tom Bloxham’s personal investment fund (TBI 2000). Also part of a team for future developments in Liverpool Waters working alongside Peel. Part of a team working along side Milligan’s for Northgate Chester Creative Trade Retail Park.

Building relationships with customers and ensuring compliance of all financial productsoffered. This role included working independently for a large proportion of time, managingqueries and researching markets and new product opportunities. Attention to detail was amajor part of my success in this role as everything had to be complacent with FCA rules andregulations. I also had a role with in the Private Equity team, looking for new investment opportunities and structuring the deals. Responsible for investment into UA-9 Aircraft's and Casino di Venezia, Malta.

Responsibility for supporting promotions across all venues within the group this includesmarketing special nights through direct customer promotions. Working with drinks brands tocreate ‘special focus’ promotions and delivering these across all venues.
