My role as a Smart Home Expert involved the following tasks and skills: - Developing leads for OVOs various innovation projects such as vehicle-to-grid, smart heat, and solar battery trials- Owned the customer journey from initial contact to installation- Completed a wide range of administrative and operational tasks including EV charge point applications and CRM management - Data analysis – used Pivot Tables and V-Lookups to analyse lead conversion rate - Balanced a varied workload in a fast-paced and evolving industry

Conducting a voluntary work placement at the Middle East Centre Archive allowed me to develop strong attention to detail as well as prepare me for my undergraduate dissertation.Tasks Included:- Cataloging and classifying archival records - Writing descriptions from the Fonds level down to individual items - Helping with the digitisation of archival photographs

- Learnt how to draft provisions in commercial contracts; required methodological writing abilities - Developed critical thinking abilities when problem solving in litigation cases - Legal research; wrote articles about the effects technological developments on the legal industry - Exposure to a fast-paced working environment developed my communication skills
