About Oliver Crosse

Oliver Crosse has over thirty five years’ professional experience within the property and construction industry.He holds an honours degree in Civil Engineering and is fully conversant with all aspects of property development, construction and design.During his career has held senior managerial roles within number of development, project management and construction companies. He has run his own construction company, headed up the development arm of a leading ASX listed REIT and managed large single and multi-disciplinary engineering consultancies.His experience covers all phases of delivery from site identification, feasibility analysis and acquisition, through to detailed design, tendering, construction, commissioning and handover.He has also lectured in construction management at UNSW and ran his own property development consultancy providing a wide range of advice and services the construction industry for 10 years before joining CPDM in 2021.His experience encompasses all sectors of the market from simple residential dwellings to major multi-storey residential and commercial buildings. It also includes numerous highly complex commercial, industrial, retail, hospital, aged care, education and residential developments as well as entertainment, sporting, and infrastructure projects.     Oliver was employed by ING Real Estate Investment Management (ING) to manage and oversee all the development activities of its Industrial Property Trust (IIF). He was a member of the Senior Management team responsible for the development, implementation and achievement of all strategic objectives for the funds $5.4 billion global property portfolio. In his capacity as General Manager of Development and Head of Project Management he managed all aspects of development from due diligence and feasibility through to masterplanning, statutory approvals, detailed design, construction, handover, leasing. During his time with ING the Fund acquired more that $2.7billion of property and Oliver and his team delivered and leased or sold over 250,000 sqm of commercial and industrial facilities.
