In my role at The Race Centre, I oversee the simulation systems used to deliver motorsport experiences to customers, manage events, and handle the day-to-day operations of the venue.I am responsible for the customer experience, which includes deploying and managing content, maintaining systems and equipment, and running booked events.Additionally, a significant part of my job involves business administration tasks such as updating the website with relevant content, maintaining a strong online presence for maximum visibility, sending marketing emails for upcoming events and promotions and placing orders with suppliers to ensure the venue is continually stocked with refreshments, medals / trophies, etc.

This was a 4-week Internship working at the main offices of mbs Electronic Systems GmbH in Starnberg, Germany. It consisted of programming Micro SD Cards for PDL-Pads, using Excel to create sale support sheets such as product lists and unit prices, participating in Skype sessions with various airlines and proof reading documents written in English.
