Practising and developing my skills as a sports therapist, specifically my communication, listening, soft tissue massage, injury diagnosis and injury treatment and taping. as well as developing my pitchside medical skills. I gained a deeper understanding of specific conditions, such as tendinopathy, and how injuries can develop through the body's chain.

5 weeks of learning about the role of sports therapy with high-level athletes in a full-time capacity, including injury assessments, rehabilitation programming and pitch-side assistance

Learning to practically apply knowledge from my lectures in a sports team environment, growing my communication skills and confidence both in a medical room and pitchside.
