While at Fi-Tek my daily responsibilities included the following:- Oversee and manage the web based products.- Provide product consulting, training, and technical support to the end client.- Assess and translate client needs into new products and enhancements- Create product manuals and information sheets for end-users and product Administrators- Design product logos, packaging, and brochure layouts, as well as tutorials and animated web-tours.
