Led the validation of a state-of-the-art athletic footwear testing device, creating all relevant documentation for future global roll out of the equipment. Supported relevant lab programs and activities which enabled the team to increase understanding of the athlete and athlete-product interactions (footwear and apparel). Managed laboratory spaces and equipment, ensuring best practice and enabling the team to perform at the highest level.

A consultant for The Marlborough Difference campaign, offering testimony to inform the department on how to increase the number of state-educated pupils at fee-paying schools.

Worked as a Research, Design & Development Engineering Intern at the UK HQ in Malmesbury. Created and supported testing programs, developing a “fail fast” attitude to efficiently (in)validate concepts. Collated academic research literature to justify theoretical calculations, presenting conclusions to Senior Design Engineers and Risk Managers. Daily experience in a laboratory setting.

Facilitated the deployment of active bystander intervention theory through Durham Students' Union to groups of 30 university representatives. Delivered presentations and led active discussions around SV&M in a university setting. Nominated for Durham Student Employee of the Year 2022/23
