Challenger, one of Canada’s largest privately owned transportation and logistics companies, is recognized as an industry leader for their People-First culture and commitment to driver safety, retention and trainingI began my professional career in transportation as a long-haul TEAM driver. After three successful years of representing Challenger as a driving partner, I came off of the road and moved into the office environment where I've held a variety of progressively responsible positions within the Operations division including Driver Coordinator, Planner, Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager. I have extensive experience in the areas of strategic planning, driver retention and change management.
