Having progressed through the company, after initially starting as a temporary warehouse operative, I now manage the day to day operations, overseeing a small, highly focused team that satisfies both small and large scale lighting projects with a number of high profile retail clients. Personal duties include meeting with both market leading and independent suppliers/manufacturers to source "best in breed" LED lighting products, meeting and working with clients to provide bespoke lighting designs, including 3D concept visuals and photometric calculations as well as on-site management of projects to ensure accurate delivery from concept to completion.
