My main duties would include undertaking buiness too buiness cold calls, to make appointments with potential customers for the field sales team to go and close a deal. I would also account manage company's to ensure I knew when they are changing their telephone system to enable me to contact them at an appropriate time, with a proposal most beneficial to them.

Media Tactics provides leads and telemarketing services to businesses of all shapes and sizes. The role involved cold calling to residential homes trying to help with either debt management, debt, ppi, accident, package bank account, life insurance and pensions issues. This was all based round a individual daily target which lead up to our monthly target.

The position is a fast paced job where a high level of service is expected. As well as serving food another part of the role includes preparing the venue prior to an event which can be a wedding or a party, greeting guests upon arrival with drinks and canapés. I have gained good experience working within a team and have to be very focused on the quality of service offered to our customers which has to be of an excellent standard in this 4 star Hotel.
