Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)My chosen name is Oliver Graves, and I am transmasculine. I am a proponent for LGBTQ+ and animal rights. I believe in doing whatever is possible to support and uplift those in need, whether they be houseless, jobless, disabled, struggling with addiction, a member of the LGBTQ+ community, a member of any oppressed peoples for that matter, or any combination of these and many more identities and/or circumstances. I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology at the University of Mississippi in May of 2022. I started my RBT journey in July of 2022, and I passed my RBT Exam and officially became credentialed during October of 2022. I started working at Spectrum Behavioral Services at the very start of 2023. I now work helping children with autism, but I aspire to be able to help people in no matter what field of work I find myself in in the future.I hope one day to work with a nonprofit organisation that shares my beliefs. I would like an organisation that cares and that I can offer up my experiences to and grow with. I aspire to make a difference, and if I could just make that difference even in just one person’s life, I’d be happy.
