Personal Highlight: - Presented on Coach Development Analysis on Premier League Youth Development Conference (2021)The Role:- Work closely with Head of Coach Development to ensure Coaching Staff are covered in line with their Coach Development Plans and competency framework- Provide detailed feedback reports for Head of Coach Development in relation to coaching and match day strategy- Provide coaches with detailed feedback reports after sessions and matches have been recorded- Provide insight into coaching styles and brands by highlighting trends and patterns related to coaches' teaching and match day strategies- Provide support to coaches in relation to their Coach Development Analysis; help them to understand the data, what they are doing well and what they might want to improve or adapt- To support the Head of Coach Development with Coach CPD- Utilise the club’s Online Learning Platform, Hudl, to showcase work and make Accessible for all Academy Staff- Maintain video databases with content which highlight Academy Playing philosophy, as well as Teaching the Game DNA (IN Possession/Out of Possession, Transition, Position Specific)- To deliver CPD training to staff. To deliver appropriate training to players when required- Assist with any Performance Analysis related projects- Detailed and Comprehensive Analysis, which sits in line with the Academy Performance Analysis Workflow and the clubs Performance Analysis / Academy Coaching Philosophies- Engage across the club (including First Team) to ensure that there is a smooth pathway of analysis and best practise being implemented
