Being responsible for making sure that we are able to move the Serving gateway and Packet gateway from physical dedicated HW. To get it in and work in a cloud environment.I have worked mainly with open stack could and VMware cloud deployments.This were a big challenge since we were used to being able to optimize the capacity and redundancy with help of the hardware. Now, this is should be working as good on a generic virtual represented environment. There have been a lot of challenges but been an exciting journey, the journey is still not to an end but we have come a far bit.

As a nightclub manager, I was responsible for the day to day matters. Running one of the biggest nightclubs in Gothenburg.Everything from discussion with suppliers to book artists and DJs. I also managed a staff of 35 people.

I was the IT-Officer for the Air defence regiment. My responsibilities were to make sure that our IT network worked well both at the garrison and when it was deployed in the field. One of the big challenges here was to make sure that the data were consistent since the field deployment meant that you had the physical movement of the HQ. and subunits. The sync of the network was done with army mobile telecoms systems that had limited bandwidth. Worked close with my team of technicians that help this runs smoothly epically during field deployments. The team was set up of 12 people. Here leadership with a dynamic team in stressed situations was an important learning. As well as all the constraints you have on an IT network with multiple pieces on the move.
