Operations for a company that manufactures underfloor heating systems. My role was to oversee the day to day running of the business. Since starting at the company, I have helped to streamline the manufacturing process, making the factory increase productivity and therefore profits. I was the Food Service Manager for three years. Over this time I learnt to adapt my management style to fit different situations. Having worked in retail for over 8 years, I am very customer focused. I treated my line team as if they were my customers, as I wanted to do the best I could for them, and in turn, deliver the best result possible as a team. I managed a team of 27 people, which could be challenging at times, however I learnt to prioritise and organise myself in a way that made it all manageable.

My previous role as Team Leader Operations included the following tasks: rotas for 28 members of staff, managing pay targets, managing section holiday, compliance for the branch to ensure we are trading legally at all times, invoicing, procurment, fire saftey checks and risk assesments

I was a sales assistant at Waitrose in Ruislip while I completed my education at college. I started to work here as I left secondary school. Waitrose is renowned for its high standards in customer service and training for its partners. once I left college I persued a carear with Waitrose.
