I’m a Level 5 LLB Law student at Leeds Beckett University, deeply passionate about the intricacies of the legal system. My ambition is to sit the Bar course and become a practicing barrister upon completing my degree. Recently, during a summer exchange program in India, I had the opportunity to examine key differences in laws and the judicial process. Engaging in peer reviews and debates on how legal systems function and differ broadened by knowledge and solidified my determination to pursue a career as a barrister. Already, in just one year of study, I’ve developed essential barrister skills such as analytical thinking, problem-solving, and advocacy. I strive to continue with my academic and skill development to further prepare me for a successful career as a barrister.
