Instruct over 160 students German I, II, and III per year increasing the interest in the program to the largest enrollment in years. Select and develop instructional material as necessary.

Lead and supervised a staff of 65 personnel to direct services for enrollment and eligibility, veterans transportation services and beneficiary travel, health information management of medical records and coding, and fee based non-VA care purchased in the community.

Developed and oversaw the curriculum, instruction, training, budgets and administration of 12 faculty member department instructing over 100 students across five campuses.

Battalion Commander/Chief Executive for the Army ROTC program at three Universities in the Black Hills: Led a military and academic department of 12 faculty members with over 100 students across 5 separate campus locations responsible for recruiting, teaching, mentoring and coaching the development and commissioning of Army leaders.

Led the Division’s Command Post consisting of 16 personnel in Diyala and Salah ad-Din provinces of Iraq: Provided situational awareness and coordinated with provincial assets on behalf of the Division’s Deputy Commanding General.

Second in command of a 570 person and 32 helicopter Aviation Battalion; led the daily administration of human resource, logistics, finance, and maintenance programs.

Led the plans and operations sections supporting over 700 personnel, 45 helicopters, 212 vehicles, across the southern half of Iraq, at eight different locations supporting operations for multiple ground operations forces.

Represented the user to the product manager and the supplier to define and defend requirements from request to integration for the Army’s small UAVS (Raven-AeroVironment Inc) and tactical UAS (Shadow - RQ-7 – AAI Corp).

Led an air assault helicopter company consisting of 15 blackhawk helicopters and 64 personnel. Provided dedicated support to the Infantry Division with worldwide deployability.
