Since starting my role in January 2019, I have been involved in the completion of the migration of the Treasury Operations department from London to Manchester, this was done within a set timescale and on a tight cost budget. Upon then, my daily tasks involve undertaking high-risk treasury responsibilities such as Foreign Exchange (FX) Options, settlement, treasury, money market, REPO & BOND trades. Experienced in completing these trades in CHAPS, SWIFT, RTGS, CREST & Euroclear systems accurate of the transactions flow from the dealing room.

In my role, I deal with further customer complaints, which involves high risk management once the original Payment Protection (PPI) decision has been made. I carry out a specialist role in the assessment and calculation of customer complaints and provide a range of responses, both to the customer or the Ombudsman Service, whether that be making a redress offer or defending a complaint to facilitate the provision of an effective PPI operation and related services to customers.
