Human Resources Officer
Current- Project Management: facilitating the recruitment lifecycle for the annual intake of over 100 agency workers, managing onboarding, ensuring compliance, and resolving queries.- System Coordination: Manage and coordinate time and attendance, as well as personnel systems, to streamline processes and enhance accuracy.- Workforce Planning Reporting: Generate comprehensive workforce planning reports for senior management to support strategic decision-making.- Wellbeing and Health Promotion: Source providers and plan wellbeing and diversity events and campaigns, promoting a healthy and inclusive workplace.- Communications: Write and distribute a bi-monthly HR and wellbeing newsletter, keeping employees informed and engaged.- Payroll Administration: Administer payroll processes for temporary staff, ensuring timely and accurate payments.- Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion: Actively participate in the Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee, supporting initiatives that foster an inclusive workplace culture.This dual role requires a proactive and organized individual with a strong commitment to employee wellbeing and effective workforce planning.
