Full time undergraduate at Macquarie Uni studying a Bachelor of Economics and Applied Finance (3rd year). Strong interests in financial markets, business valuations, treasury and markets as well as trade relations. Completed quantitative and analysis courses which requires extensive use of excel spreadsheets. Also received scholarship for the New Colombo (NCP) mobility program to undergo an exchange program in India to study trade flows, benefits and challenges of various market entry strategies into India.While completing my degree, I am also working part time as a customer service advisor at ubank (under NAB). Specialise in home loan servicing, everyday banking, mitigating fraudulent activities and complaint management. Provided critical support for consultancy staff during NAB’s integration of ubank and 86400. Additionally, took charge of upskilling existing employees to meet service quality during the integration of the two banks.
