Heading the Basin Analysis and Assessment group with its main task to support DEA’s business units by (i) providing regional scale / basin level geoscience assessments (e.g. CRS mapping), (ii) analysis of relevant E&P data and (iii) identifying and evaluating of new acreage and other business opportunities e.g. farm-in opportunities and bid round evaluations.

Heading a regional New Ventures & Exploration group for Africa and Latin America with its main task to (i) identify and evaluate various business opportunities, including e.g. asset / corporate evaluations (“buy and sell side”), bid round evaluations, (ii) provide regional subsurface work and (iii) perform business development activities in selected core regions. This role included also the management of DEA's / RWE Dea's non-operated exploration assets in Suriname, Guyana and Trinidad & Tobago, acting as Exploration Manager and representing DEA / RWE Dea in statutory meetings with partners and host governments.
