In 2023 I joined APSCo to establish and run APSCo OutSource Europe. APSCo Global, is an international trade body offering global services with local delivery to the international recruitment sector through our offices in Australia, Germany, throughout South East Asia and the UK.APSCo OutSource Europe, the only trade association across Europe dedicated for Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Managed Service Providers, Statement of Work and Managed Projects in professional recruitment outsourcing. Our overall aim is to support & drive the evolution of the outsourcing sector, whilst supporting our members ambitions with a range of innovative services. We understand the unique needs of the sector and help to be recognised as a valuable contributor to the society and the economy.Due to my many years of extensive experience as a managing director and CEO in recruitment and in the area of workforce solutions (MSP and RPO), I have a very good understanding of the challenges and concerns of the European recruitment market.I would now like to make this wealth of knowledge available to the members and partners of APSCo OutSource Europe so that together we can further develop this promising marketplace for recruitment outsourcing in Europe.I gained my initial experience in the recruitment back in 1999, where I started selling the first MSPs and VMSs in Germany and Switzerland and later launched the very first MSP and RPO program in 18 countries across the EMEA region.From 2005 to 2020 I worked for Hays, where I successfully built and developed the MSP and RPO business from the ground up. As Managing Director EMEA and with a lot of entrepreneurial spirit, I led Hays Talent Solutions to become one of the leading and most innovative MSP and RPO providers in professional recruiting throughout continental Europe.I then founded my own start-up company to develop digital recruiting solutions. With ZNAPP, the company launched a reverse recruiting platform in 2023.
