Role: To meet the targets set for the sales department and enforce the sales rules established. Lead, organize and control the sales team. Training new salespeople and clients about new products or changes to them. Give customers continuous monitoring to meet concerns (product, service, etc.) Reconcile client-company complaints. Oversee the purchasing department, as in the Dominican Republic there are no lifting accessories factories or steel cable companies , all goods are imported from other countries, the logistics of purchases included countries like the United States, Chile, Argentina, Colombia and Mexico.  In the last 4 years I was the person in charge to coach the new salesmen as well as to the new staff of the company on products and services that we sold. During the period of 2007-2011 I participated in constant seminaries where we gave training to our clients on uses of our products as well as courses of rigging security , with the purpose of to approach our clients and to get loyalty.  From the 2008 we planned a goal of 0 monthly complaints from our clients, every year since then we only obtained between 4 and 6 complaints. Since 2007 thru 2011 my department obtain the ISO-9001:2008 certification In January of 2009, I was the creator of a program to reward our clients, with each buy the client receive a ticket for a raffle that took place at the end of the mont
