• Collaborate with the Support team to further the efficiency of the product, reviewing our team’s successes and defects over the previous few weeks.• Assist coaches, athletes, and administration with any questions, comments, or concerns regarding the Hudl app in general or any related questions they might have pertaining to the software involved.• Prepare Billing and Customer Success Managers with information regarding clients in the area who inquire about custom billing packages, their current package’s billing status, and restructured contracts.• Remotely operate on Hudl software that is malfunctioning or damaged for inquiring customers• Deliver basic sales information about software and packaging to customers persuading them to a Sales Manager who further assists the matter and closes the deal.
