Hiring the best talent can garner targeted results for today. However, even more importantly, positioning the company for innovation and growth for tomorrow.In leading & supporting DuPont Talent Acquisition organization for more than 10 years, it’s been a privilege to do so through many dynamic business challenges including mergers and acquisitions. I’ve led changes that have supported evolving recruiting efforts which were done locally (i.e. each location/dept. hired autonomously) to having a centric talent acquisition COE that has standardized processes, technologies, tools, training and experiences for TA teams and hiring managers while vastly improving the candidate experience globally. My other areas of focus have been on building a diverse organization of hired employees across businesses and functions which is reflective of the communities and world we serve, proactively pipelining key talent and a focus on personal growth and development opportunities for team members as well.To achieve more optimal TA experiences across the organization and for candidates alike, it does require a close assessment (feedback and evaluation of current organization, processes and technologies). I have experience assembling necessary stakeholders, influencing value for needed changes and executing on the course of actions for improvement.My talent acquisition expertise & experiences, coupled with a background in broader HR, training, and team development have left me in a unique position to help solve an organization's talent acquisition challenges and further develop & position their TA COE for success.
