15 years experience firstly as apprentice groundsman then moving through the ranks as deputy head at Rochdale AFC, then becoming head groundsman there for around 4 years. Had a year in Qatar then back to England as head groundsman at Scunthorpe United FC before making a move over to Leuven, Belgium where I spent 5 years there as Grounds manager managing a small team of 4 looking after 5 pitches. Managed the construction of the main stadium a full construction including a SISgrass hybrid installation. Had 5 unbelievable years in Leuven before wanting to change from being a groundsman but stay in the industry, so I accepted a project managers role at SISgrass where I have now been for over 6 months.
