- Manage 40+ contractors to run day and night shifts across multiple worksites for completion of multi-storey commercial building and infrastructure projects running concurrently. - Facilitate the delivery of projects in excess of $10 million while committing to other deliverables like safety, quality and culture- Manage cashflow on large projects and maintain profit margins by producing thorough look-ahead programs and progress claims.- When required, manage the daily operations of the factory including rebar production, fabrication and deliveries along side major project work.- Garner new projects and opportunities for Carrabay through connections in the industry and trust built by successful job completion

- Worked on major projects across greater Sydney including the M4-M5 Link Tunnels project, Western Sydney Airport and the Mona Vale Road Upgrade.- Institute procedures for more effective quality assurance and project monitoring - Manage client relations on contracts exceeding $1M, distinguishing the client's priorities and facilitating methods to achieve those outcomes. - Manage quotations/variations, design, supply, fabrication, and installation of projects dealing in metalwork. - Prepare ITPs, SWMs, CWMs and a range of other documentation to ensure SHEQ compliance.
