 Hardware development for a vibration based water cleansing deviceThis hardware enables power delivery on a precise frequency to a ceramic disc which vibrate in accordance to it. This vibration creates a physical effect when in contact with water, used for cleaning the water from any source of bacteria in the process.• Documentation and understanding of synchronised frequency power delivery on the ceramic discs: Study of Class D type Amplifier. Calculation of adequate components for a specified frequency. Sizing of components and specifications requirements.• Hardware development: Schematic design and validation. PCB design with modularity in mind, and chip obsolescence (Pic based microchip), adapted to the 3D design of the product. Integration of multiple sensors and power rail separation for EMC emissions.• C development: Adapting a Real Time loop code. Testing code for the basic functionnality of the test board.• Validation tests : Diagnostic and analysis of circuit behaviour, checking of signal integrity and delivery.• Data collection and documentation on system behaviour, elaborate on reasons to errors in results. Servicing and debug on client circuit boardsBoards used in industry such as mass distribution.• Board troubleshooting: Find error location, (signals/ power rails/ sensor failures/ burnt components).• Validation functionnal tests: Debug and reconditioning of the cards.• Data collection and documentation: Describe and document failure points, elaborate on plausible reasons to failure and search for alternative to next revisions.Technical environment: KiCad/ MplabX
