Tyler specialise in providing high quality solutions for both large and small format pouches, bags and roll stock. We are experts in proving compostable, recyclable & premium materials and can offer a variety of print technologies such as digital, flexographic or graveur.

My role at ePac Flexibles has been very much focused on New Business Development. Using social media, internet and more traditional techniques such as cold calling and attending exhibitions to identify and develop new business whilst managing and developing existing accounts. Using Salesforce extensively to help mange and convert new opportunities. The ability to document activity in order for management to understand current market conditions. Markets - My primary focus has been on Nutrition, Pet Food, Snacking, Confectionary, Health and Personal Care.

Since leaving Collotype Labels in December 2015 I have purchased a number of properties and developed these to very high standards, with a view to selling them renting them to young professionals or families. Although I had no previous experience of developing property I am extremely pleased with the results (especially as most of the work carried out was done so by my own fair hands). I am pleased to say that I have managed to rent all three with a premium over current market prices. I enjoyed completing these projects and have certainly learned a great deal in the process, however I am now ready for the next chapter of my life and am looking for a new challenge and open to possibilities.

During my time at Multi Labels Ltd (a high quality family owned and run self adhesive label manufacturer) I covered the roles of new business development manager and in 2009 I joined the board of Directors (becoming a share holder )and finally in 2010 I became the company Sales Director. Over my time with the business I saw the turnover grow from £1.5 Million to £9.75 Million when we eventually sold to Collotype labels in Jan 2015. I was personally responsible for £4.5 Million pounds of sales during the final year as well as managing 3 external sales people. I was responsible for developing new business and markets as well as supporting the external sales people in growing their own portfolio. Being on the board of Directors exposed me to many aspects of business; accounts, budgeting, purchasing of new equipment and systems, developing supplier relationships, hiring and firing and everything in between. Being part of such a successful business for 11 years has given me great experience and confidence in my own ability.
