I have worked as a solicitor for over 30 years in major commercial law firms, specialising in all aspects of contentious and non contentious personal and corporate insolvency work including restructuring, complex debt recovery and commercial litigation.I act for Insolvency Practitioners in their capacity as Administrators, Liquidators, Receivers, Trustees in Bankruptcy and Nominees/ Supervisors of Voluntary Arrangements.I also act for individuals as sole traders, companies, directors, partnerships, lenders and other stakeholders.I have extensive experience in connection with claims concerning transactions at an undervalue, preferences, breach of directors duties, misfeasance, wrongful trading, directors disqualification and company restoration and with business, property and asset sales, security reviews and lender enforcement procedures.I work closely with our corporate, debt recovery, employment and other departments.I have acted on a wide range of cases across multiple sectors including high profile, high value cases through to small matters.Out of work I enjoy fitness classes, tennis, sailing and skiing.I look forward to working with you.
