By age 18, I was promoted to FOH supervisor at Tomatina in San Rafael, California. The next year, I moved to Maryland and found myself working at a Customer Care Agent at gc2b. Within a few years, I was promoted to Customer Care Supervisor and have been working at gc2b since. I pride myself on being a hard worker and a caring, respectful manager. My biggest success at gc2b has been hiring three star-quality employees and initiating goals and training to improve our average CSAT from 93% to 96% and our first reply time improved by 59%. Additionally, I also helped develop a healthy company culture devoted to growth, open and effective communication, compassion, and collaboration.
