This role revolved around managing customer inputs(Airlines; VIP; Leasing Companies; 2EA Fleet), and being the primary point of contact and escalation for all customer and department queries relating to each individual Aircraft input. My day to day tasks include; Organising and hosting daily customer review meetings; customer status/meeting reports; monitoring delivery performance; Coordinating the relevant departments(Production; Planning; Purchasing; Commercial); Understanding Contracts; Creation of Contract Briefs & Infographs; Negotiating Manhours/Materials/Services Costs; Creating & Issuing Invoices to the Customers; Handling Credits & Warranty issues; Handling additional Customer Work requests; Monitoring the Input Calendar and discussing future availability with the customer. Availabilty to attend trade shows.

With this position my tasks include continually developing business relationships with new & existing accounts, customer visits, finding and exploring new products to market for the business, sharing innovative ideas, and representing the company at international trade shows.The availability to travel extensively and at short notice is a requirement for this role.
