Physicist and software developer with more than 15 years' experience in biomechanics modelling, in specifying, developing and supporting products for Life Science applications with emphasis on Upper Extremity Analysis and Clinical Gait Analysis. This includes everything from gathering user requirements, through specification, programming (Java, Netbeans-Platform, Matlab, Python) to expert-level support and writing web pages and documentation. PhD 2012 in the Gait- and Motionanalysis laboratory Heidelberg about Upper Extremity Modelling. Current interests: Deep neural networks, robot calibration, method development for human motion analysis, human robot collaborations, prediction of human movements, anomaly detection and ergonomic aspects in human-machine interaction, 3d scanning, robot supported grinding and geometric algebra especially conformal geometric algebra and its application in motion analysis and robotics. Since 2022 Geometric algebra and implementation of robot algorithms like IK, DK, collision detection, inverse dynamics (RNEA), composite rigid body model and optimal control (+model predictive control) are my current main interestes.
