Mechanical Engineering student at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with an interest in weapons/defense and robotics. For the past few years, I've worked in demolition where I learned applicable field skills such as the use of unique tools, analyzing situations and materials to know the best course of action, and working in a team under stressful situations. The skills learned with this work helped create an intuitive understanding for what I am learning in my engineering classes here at Cal Poly. I then began working at Crosno Construction to build more technical skills such as the application of CAD design, math, manufacturing, and problem solving from an engineering stand point rather than demolition.At Cal Poly, I have had hands on experience with CNC machines, welding, and designing small projects. It has been really fun learning how to be an engineer while keeping hobbies on the side such as surfing, fishing, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I love what I do.
