I was also the first point of contact for clients, managing their requests, complaints, and providing support. This role has greatly broadened my understanding of.

My main responsibilities at Brown Paper Packages included: Writing blogs utilising SEO, social media management, sales outreach to potential clients, and content creation (Planning, Filming, and Editing content.)

BlackRook Media is an international media services, production and training company. My work covered television and commercial video production and in preparing materials for presentations, events and training courses.The role included client liaison, assisting location technical crew, some basic offline video editing, logging and transcription of rushes.
