- Assisted the California State Press Secretary in research for, and creation of, communication materials including newsletters, press kits, media advisories, and social media posts.- Organized Senator’s participation in live events including a constituent town hall, the Los Angeles MLK Day Parade and the 2018 Women’s March. - Captured photography and video content for communications materials at all LA-based events attended by Senator Harris over the course of the internship.- Created 50-page document and briefed California State Director on the state of and policy approaches to combat homelessness across major counties and cities in California.

- Led strategic overhaul for push notifications across network’s IOS and Android applications by running quantitative analysis of creative image and copy. Boosted engagement with push notifications by 4 – 6% overall.- Performed cohort and competitive analysis for Freeform digital platforms, including focus groups, audience retention & growth, and customer lifecycle mapping.- Coordinated online content release plans with marketing and programming teams to ensure easy access and effective positioning of marquee shows on Freeform apps and website.

- Partnered closely with teams across the Freeform network to gather consumer insights and develop TV shows and marketing campaigns for Fall 2016 and Spring 2017.- Leveraged various qualitative research methodologies — such as focus groups, online surveys, and panel discussions — to provide marketing and creative teams with actionable insights and recommendations on promotional content production.- Managed vendor relationships and contracts for a brand alignment study, a show discovery project, and audience insight panels for both current programming and new show development.- Curated bi-weekly trend insights about Millennials and Gen Z for a network-wide newsletter.
