    The Babson College Management Consulting Field Experience (MCFE) is a semester-long program during which a team of undergraduates is led by an MBA (Project Manager) in working through a complex business project for an outside organization. I managed a wonderful team of five Babson College undergraduates who were tasked with completing a four-month consulting project for the Boston Red Sox. The project scope tasked the team with developing selection, implementation, design and usage plans for smart digital concessions menu boards at Fenway Park. We worked directly with senior members of the Boston Red Sox, Tampa Bay Lightning, Dunkin Brands and LA Dodgers in order to provide insightful recommendations and solutions to Red Sox leadership.As the project manager, I helped develop and guide the team and the project to ensure that milestones were met on-time. From the engagement contract to the final presentation - and many meetings in-between - I was responsible for balancing the moving parts associated with this complex project, and in the end, the team was told that their solutions produced the highest revenue generating upside that Red Sox leadership had seen since beginning their work with Babson back in the early 2000s.Highlights:- Performed competitive analysis between top four smart signage vendors in the marketplace culminating with a suggestion for which vendor the Red Sox should use.- Created and administered fan surveys to gather consumer insights based on how fans interact with menu board while walking the concurse.- Designed menu board templates based on fan survey data, while also ensuring that we preserved the historic aesthetic of Fenway Park.- Executed payback analysis for the initial investment and installation costs.- Oversaw and prepped team for final report to Boston Red Sox leadership.

As the chairperson on the financial aid committee, I was in charge of presenting each applicant.
