In 2020 I reached not only a professional goal but a personal one, working in the video game industry after I secured a position in one of the biggest video game companies EA games. As Community Manager for the FIFA Data Collection & Licensing team, I have not only been able to use many of my professional skills (content creation, social media management, activation, stakeholder management, community engagement and event management-digital) but build a strong professional relationship with multiple groups across the FIFA team (marketing, finance, social and development) and our 20,000 strong DCL community. Digital Operations Manager at Mclaren Racing has me working directly with British American Tobacco, ensuring that the largest McLaren Racing partnership runs smoothly. Managing digital rights activations, internal and external stakeholders, focusing on the efficiency of digital operations, activating digital and social content across several campaigns. Deliver a global, cohesive digital activation calendar to engage McLaren’s fanbase, developing relationships to manage and deliver a broad range of digital projects in line with the partner objectives. Including collaborating on separate briefs and liaising with the internal talent to activate. Project Manager for Deeper Blue a live event and digital solutions agency. During my time with the company, I have directly managed accounts with Rolls Royce Motor Cars, Lexus & VW group. I worked on a long-term retailer training programme based in Brussels. This project spreads across 32 countries and 10,000 employees. Several different units, responsible for the creation of all materials, branding, video, live event production and project management against a strict schedule. International assets had to be translated, reformatted and edited when required for specific markets.
