Operations manager

Account Executive dealing with Group Travel Healthcare. I deal with a host of queries, providing in-depth knowledge of the Group Travel Healthcare product.I also support the London office with Administration of our Entertainment Travel and Personal Accident Cover.

Worked on Multiple projects within this role - providing software code testing across a D2C Investment Platform and brand new Software across multiple Finance/Pension products. Obtained Testing qualifications within this role to support my career.I mainly did manual functional testing, creating test stories/cases and identifying gaps and errors in code. I worked in Agile and Waterfall environments, being the face of the test team for the business in certain Test Plans.My role was to test code and provide planning on how to test, how to optimise my testing time and efficiency, and how to find as many defects as possible to ensure they didn't escape to the Customer.I worked and completed on numerous projects whilst in this role - working on my own initiative and managing my own caseload, working in a flexible environment and part of a Scrum team.

I worked on a Pensions & Investment Platform, obtaining qualifications in Financial Securities and Investment. My role was to provide support for fund investment, dealing with CASS/COBS issues and providing customer support when required.I also provided technical knowledge of pension products both Money Purchase and Final Salary.

I worked in Insurance across a variety of products including Car/Van Insurance, Home Insurance, Motor Bike Insurance & some single trip Travel. My role was to advise on these insurances, make sales and provide customer service and support. I obtained technical knowledge of the policies benefits and sums insured - especially Home contents/building Insurance. Here I learned about the principals of Insurance, customer services and sales.
