About Oliver Smith

I'm one of the founding Directors of OOBE and began by journey into landscape architecture at Edinburgh College of Art. I continued in the North East of England where I spent 10 years working in both small and large practices before establishing OOBE in 2010. I've built up a diverse range of experience in all scales and types of projects - from large scale regeneration schemes to small scale artistic interventions - with particular expertise in education, leisure and waterside regeneration. I'm passionate about collaborative design particularly involving artists in projects at the earliest opportunity.
