Oliver is the VP of Business Development at Harbor Litigation Solutions, a National and Virtual Cost-Effective ESI Solutions provider.​Oliver is an experienced e-Discovery solutions consultant and a dedicated client advocate who consults with Attorneys and Litigation Support Professionals on best practices and defensible, efficient and cost-effective methods of managing their e-Discovery projects.His drive for excellence in customer support and his extensive experience, knowledge and understanding of the EDRM processes set him apart in the industry allowing him to consistently be engaged to work on high profile and complex cases with his client base across the country.Not your typical sales rep or order taker, but a consultative solutions provider which his client base appreciates as he helps them strategize and develop efficient and defensible ESI workflows to better manage their e-Discovery projects.

Oliver held a Business Development position in which he fulfilled the duty of maintaining his book of business which he developed over the last 20 years; and developing new business for Advanced Discovery. In this role, Oliver worked with and consulted various Litigation Support Managers, Project Managers, Attorneys and Paralegals assisting them with their ESI needs including Forensic Collections, Forensic Analysis, Forensic Recovery, Early Case Assessment, ESI Processing for Review and Web-Hosting.

In January 2008, Oliver joined CP Document Technologies as a Senior Account Manager. He quickly made an impact on the organization with his ESI knowledge, earning him a position as a Litigation Support Consultant. As a Consultant he regularly worked with and advised Litigation Support personnel, Attorneys, and Paralegals from a variety of firms across the nation to assist with their ESI needs. He also assisted a team of 5 account managers in providing ESI support to their clients. Oliver worked on different high profile cases earning him top revenue producer in the company in 2008 - 2011.

Oliver started his career in the Litigation Support Industry with Merrill Corporation in 1993. He managed his own Copy Support company from 1999 to 2003 at which time he returned to Merrill as an Account Executive.In 2004 he joined the Deutermann Group where he held the General Manager position. Under Mr. Deutermann, Oliver learned many of the aspects of Electronic Support.
