Oliver Rott has been an active entrepreneur in international M&A for more than two decades. As Managing Partner of STS Capital Partners, Oliver heads up STS Capital Partners Asia-Pacific, with offices in Singapore and Monaco. He is experienced in leading large-scale cross-continental M&A transactions across multiple industry sectors.Oliver currently serves as Board member of: - Mouawad, a jewelry house specialized in “crafting the extraordinary”- LucidPay, a disruptive fintech hospitality business- Fox-I, an algorithmic Forex trading business - Monaco Private Label, a Monaco Government-driven concept for global decision-makers from 43 countriesOliver is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) since 2016, currently serves in various leadership roles globally and has served as YPO Southeast Asia Regional Chair FY 2021-23.His non-profit and leadership experience also includes serving as a Board Member and President of the Monaco Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (MVCA). Oliver completed several Executive Education programs at Harvard as well as INSEAD and holds an MBA in Finance from the International University of Monaco where he received University Honours, reached the top score in the worldwide MBA Major Field Test, and was bestowed the Finance Award from HSBC Bank.
