Since January 2021, I have been CSO and Member of the Managing Board of HUGO BOSS AG. In this exciting role, I am responsible for the Group’s distribution channels and the global positioning of our brands. In 2024, I was also appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company.With a keen focus on digitalization, my aim is to design and implement seamless omnichannel experiences for HUGO BOSS customers worldwide together with our teams. Our approach to accomplish this is to leverage data-driven insights to prioritize customer-centric strategies, always keeping in mind our “experience per square meter” mindset.The strategic initiatives we pursue include the transformation of our retail spaces into immersive environments, to create perfectly meshed brand experiences that overcome classic mindsets and divisions, seamlessly integrating digital and physical elements. Furthermore, we are intensifying our online presence through our strategic e-commerce expansion, global partnerships, unique activations in the metaverse, and a new blockchain-based loyalty program that allows hyper-personalized communication, experiences, and services to connect and engage with consumers globally.We are committed to positioning our brands BOSS and HUGO as leading lifestyle brands in the affordable luxury market, excelling in both formal and casual wear segments, and at the same time to realize our vision to become the world’s leading, premium tech-driven fashion platform worldwide.
