This journey has taken me to Fortune 500 corporations, owner-managed mid-sized companies, advisory board roles at startups and digital agencies, in multi-functional roles including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain ... - the tasks may differ, but I have always been laser focused on: • Implementing solutions based on customer insights and values• Celebrating diversity to unleash the power of all our people• Thriving on the challenges and opportunities presented by change My experience in both Consumer and B2B markets has shown me the importance of cross-functional thinking and the broadest possible interest in simply everything. I want to analyze processes and understand people to identify and solve issues and opportunities.
