• Managed overhead expenditure for 10 key functions, covering around 100 employees and over £1.5m of the company’s budget.• Developed a new travel dashboard, to provide a more effective way of monitoring expenditure, which is now regularly used business-wide and in monthly Business Performance Reviews by the leadership team.• Advanced the approach and validity to the monthly reporting practise, working in collaboration with the Boeing Company’s compliance team.
