I manage the Enforcements and Divorce department leading a team of 9. I am responsible for the smooth running of all Court procedures, which also includes the daily management and finalisation of the Court's accounts. I pride myself on providing exceptional customer service.

As the first port of call, I provided exceptional customer service whilst also undertaking all aspects of administrative work and providing support the the two Managing Directors.

I was a key member of the customer service department providing front line support to all customers both over the phone and face to face. I dealt with all administrative procedures and also supported the sales team.
