After 25+ years in the IT and tech industry, I personally asked myself where I can still contribute my strengths and competencies and what is needed globally to preserve the world and continue to make it a livable space. To date, I have accompanied many entrepreneurs nationally and internationally - also together with my team at evolutionplan® and roadX® - in their next, personal growth step, in finding and implementing the right strategy and positioning, in developing competencies in sales and leadership, as well as in corporate succession and the implementation of acquisition strategies (mergers and acquisitions). It continues to make sense for me to work primarily with people and to develop them in order to lead companies and organizations into healthy growth. In this context, I also asked myself the question about my radius of action and realized that I should expand it significantly.For this reason, from now on, I will dedicate a significant part of my time to a topic that is of existential and global importance: WATER! And I start here as a researcher and ambassador to create a new awareness for this element globally. In doing so, I mainly deal with the topics of current and potentially emerging water wars, the influencing factors on the element water and consequences from current political, social and economic behaviors in dealing with water. As an autodidact, it is easy for me to think my way into new topics and to quickly recognize crucial connections and necessities. If you work for an organization or a company with a focus on water or have a start-up to solve a specific problem in this field, I look forward to an exchange and networking with you!
